Terms and Conditions (On-Line Booking)
Booking Conditions
You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon completing your booking on this site, and you will receive a VAT invoice in the mail within 3-5 days
Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking.
Cancellations / Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing 21 days prior to the course date.
Refunds will be according to the following:
Cancelled 21 days or more prior to the event: 90% Refund
Cancelled Less than 21 days prior to the event: No Refund will be made unless Med-fx Training are able to fill the place.
Course places are transferable once only and providing we are notified 7 days prior to the course date and the substitute is a registered Dentist, Doctor or Medical Nurse, and Med-fx are advised of the new GDC, GMC or PIN. Notification should be sent by email to: training@medfx.co.uk or by mail to: Med-fx Limited, Unit 3 Perry Way, Witham, Essex, CM8 3SX.
You may also change your booking once to another date, if you find your original date becomes unacceptable; however this transfer must be made and confirmed within 30 days of the original course date. The cancellation date referred to above remains the original course date. The course must be transferred at least 7 days prior to the original event.
You will be sent a reminder of your course 7 days prior to the event, If you do not attend the course and have not advised us of this 7 days prior to the event, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made nor transfer given.
Med-fx Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the course dates in which case a full refund will be given if requested.

Med-fx Training reserves the right to withdraw any event from the Med-fx Training website at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at any time at our sole discretion.
