Overview

This course is for people who are at an intermediate level and are ready to move onto the next level.  The Med-fx Training Advanced Botulinum Toxin Type A course will help you do exactly this.  You will gain an even greater understanding of the art of facial aesthetics, helping you to see the “face as a whole”.   You will focus on the advanced uses of Botulinum Toxin in the lower third of the face including brow lifting, upper lip wrinkles, nasal scrunch, nasal flare, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, poppy chin, platysmal bands.  You will also look at treating necklace lines and Hypohydrosis. 

The morning will involve a theory session and in the afternoon, the Med-fx trainer will demonstrate the injection techniques that you have discussed in the morning. 

It is then over to you! You will gain hands-on experience on your own model all under the guidance and support of the Med-fx trainer.  (If you are unable to supply a model Med-fx Training may be able to assist you, provided you ask in sufficient time)

Overview of multi-disciplinary approach to rejuvenation

Review of:
· Use of Botulinum toxin for optimum results
· The indications of the use of BTX in the lower face
· The appropriate injection technique to treat the different indications

Lunch (provided by Med-fx Training)

13:45 – 17:30
Practical demonstrations (including hands-on experience)

17:30 – 18:00
Final discussion & questions

There is a maximum of eight delegates on this course.
